You just DUMP something on here without even asking a question. Does a question and PLEASE ever come to mind?

Anyway, if you want the system to be solved, STAY FAR AWAY from the other person's attempt to help you. She does these problems like this ALL the time and still thinks

that this is how they should be done. Most people I know HATE fractions, so why complicate things by bringing fractions into the solution of a system of equations, 

especially if it's TOTALLY UNNECESSARY?

3x + 3 = 5y ------ eq (i)

4x + 2y = - 4_____2(2x + y) = 2(- 2)______2x + y = - 2____y = - 2 - 2x

Now, substitute - 2 - x for y in eq (i), to find x. Then substitute the value for x into eq (ii) to find y.

That's it!! Nothing quite close to the complicated solutions by the other person.
