You can put this solution on YOUR website!

a quartic function with only the two real zeros given?
if zeros x%5B1%5D=3 and x%5B2%5D=5+, a quartic function will be
f%28x%29=%28x-x%5B1%5D%29%28x-x%5B2%5D%29
f%28x%29=%28x-3%29%28x-5%29
f%28x%29=x%5E2-5x-3x%2B15
f%28x%29=x%5E2-8x%2B15

if zeros x%5B1%5D=-4 and x%5B2%5D=1+, a quartic function will be
f%28x%29=%28x-x%5B1%5D%29%28x-x%5B2%5D%29
f%28x%29=%28x-%28-4%29%29%28x-1%29
f%28x%29=%28x%2B4%29%28x-1%29
f%28x%29=x%5E2-x%2B4x-4
f%28x%29=x%5E2%2B3x-4

.

First, for your and for @MathLover1 info
a quartic function is a polynomial of the degree 4 (four, FOUR), by the definition.

Second,  the meaning of your question,  saying
"with only the two real zeros given?"

and listing then  4  (four, FOUR)  values for zeroes,  is very  FAR  OUT  of the common sense.
