    a quartic function is a polynomial of the degree 4 (four, FOUR), by the definition.


Second,  the meaning of your question,  saying 
    "with only the two real zeros given?"

and listing then  4  (four, FOUR)  values for zeroes,  is very  FAR  OUT  of the common sense.
