Hi 

 y-6=6(x+2)

1. Expand   y - 6 = 6x + 12

2. Variables to the left, constant on the right side  y - 6x = 18

y - 6x = 18  rewritten in ax+by=c form

A=1  B= -6  C = 18

ALL these types would be done in a similar fashion
