by definition of a parallelogram opposite sides are equal in length, so AT=MH
then
+3x+%2B+18=+50+-+5x.....solve for x
+3x+%2B+5x=+50+-+18
+8x=+32
+x=+4

then, the length of MH will be:
MH+=+50+-+5%2A4

MH+=+50+-+20
MH+=+30
