You can put this solution on YOUR website!
system%282d%2B5c=5.47%2C5d%2B4c=6.79%29
If you want to start with Elimination Method, multiply first equation by 5, and the second equation by 2.,...

Doing that, the system is the same as system%2810d%2B25c=27.35%2C10d%2B8c=13.58%29

Subtract Equation 2 from Equation 1:
17c=27.35-13.58
17c=13.77
c=0.81---------price for 1 coffee

$1.97 can NEVER be the cost of 1 coffee. Since 4 were purchased, wouldn't that make the cost of the 4, $7.88? Isn't that more
than the cost of 4 large cups of coffee, and 5 donuts? How could that be?
It's better if you try to solve this yourself because as usual, the person who responded is definitely not helping you!
