29% of the students like to read comics including 17% enjoy reading novels.
 
So the 29% includes the 17% that enjoy reading novels. That means the rest
of the 29%, which is 12%, enjoy reading comics but not novels.  That means
that these 12% do not like to read both comics and novels, for they only
like to read comics, not novels. 

But then the next sentence says:
3% of the students do not like to read both comics and novels.
But we have already accounted for 12% who do not like to read both comics and
novels.

Correct the problem and repost it.  Copy it precisely exactly as it is written.
