There isnt enough information. We need to know how many balls of each color there are.

Also, the question "what is the probability that he will select red balls and white balls?" also doesnt make sense because it seems like it should be just asking about one ball color being selected, rather than two.

If the urn contains ONLY red balls and white balls, as the statement of the problem SUGGESTS, then the probability that when he selects balls at random they are red and white is 1, because there are no other colors....
