If you make AB = x
then AD = 2x + 7
Therefore two sides AB and DC = x
and sides AD and BC = 2x + 7
AB + DC + AD + BC
x + x + 2x + 7 + 2x + 7 = 80
6x + 14 = 80
6x = 80 - 14
6x = 66
x = 11.
Sides AB and DC = 11 cm
Sides AD and BC = 29 cm
