I don't know how to use a table of random numbers to determine how many appointments Zaira will be on time for next week.


But I can solve the problem by another way, much SIMPLER, writing a proportion


    x%2F20 = 90% = 0.9


and solving it for x, where   x is   "how many appointments Zaira will be on time for next week."


    x = 0.9*20 = 18.    ANSWER
