You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Vertical Asymptote:

Set the denominator equal to zero

2+-+3x=0

-3x=0-2Subtract 2 from both sides

-3x=-2 Combine like terms on the right side

x=%28-2%29%2F%28-3%29 Divide both sides by -3 to isolate x

x=2%2F3 Reduce

--------------------------------------------------------------

Since x=2%2F3 makes the denominator equal to zero, the vertical asymptote is x=2%2F3

Horizontal Asymptote:

You are close, but you're missing a negative sign

Take the leading coefficient of the numerator (which is 7) and the denominator (which is -3, note the negative) and divide them: 7%2F-3=-7%2F3

So the horizontal asymptote is y=-7%2F3
