    %28b-3%29%5E2 + 9       = %285-b%29%5E2 + 1

    b%5E2+-+6b+%2B+9+%2B+9       = 25+-+10b+%2B+b%5E2+%2B+1

    -6b + 18         = 26 - 10b

     10b - 6b        = 26 - 18
