The solution by @josgarithmetic is  WRONG,

so I came to bring the correct solution.

Total Miles of Distance

    123 + 4 + 191 = 318

Total Hours of Time

    2 + 1%2F4 + 33%2F4 = 6 hours.

Average speed is total miles divided by total time 318%2F6 = 53 miles per hour. ANSWER
