Is the "1.75" dollars? or cents? or euros? or pesos? or what?

Is the cost of each piece of candy .05 cents? or 5 cents?

Take the time to post your question clearly if you are serious about wanting help with it.

If the money unit is 1.75 DOLLARS and the 0.05 as written is for CENTS, this "0.05 cents" is 0.0005 dollars per piece. This is very very cheap candy.

1.75%281%2F0.0005%29---------number of candy pieces can be bought.

If this is not the result you expect, then write your problem description better.
