57) 10 to the negative 5th power
10^-5 = 0.00001
----------------
58) 10 to the negative 8th power
10^-8 = 0.00000001
-----------------------
59) 4 times 10 to the negative first power
and
4*10^-1 = 4*0.1 = 0.4

60) 6 times 10 to the negative 4th power
6*10^-4 = 6*0.0001 = 0.0006

58) 10%5E-8 is the same as 1%2F%2810%5E8%29=1%2F%28100000000%29=0.00000001
58) 4x10%5E-1 is the same as 4%281%2F%2810%5E1%29%29=4%281%2F%2810%29%29=4%2F10=0.4
59) 6x10%5E-4 is the same as 6%281%2F%2810%5E4%29%29=6%281%2F%2810000%29%29=6%2F10000=0.0006

10^-3 OR 1. WITH AN EXPONENT OF -3 EQUALS .001
