"Estimate" leaves open the possibility of a wide range of answers....

For a rough estimate, I would use 25x30 = 750 for the area of the larger patio. The smaller patio has an area of 15*20 = 300, so the area of the larger patio is 2.5 times as large (750/300 = 2.5).

Then I would use 2400 as a "nice" estimate for the cost of the smaller patio; then 2.5 times that cost is 2.5*2400 = 6000

The estimated cost of the larger patio is $6000.

Since the $2400 I used for the cost of the smaller patio is higher than the actual cost, this estimate of $6000 should be a bit over the actual cost.
