Not sure what this is supposed to mean....

"...into" implies division, so
16 hours 1 hour ------------ = ---------- = (1/8) hour per inch ???! 128 inches 8 inches

A measurement of the speed of a (slow) snail?

I also do not see a question . . .

So it is totally naive from your side to expect an answer.

If we will have common ZERO TOLERANCE position regarding such posts (without questions, or with other similar defects)
our visitors VERY QUICKLY will become "good boys" and "good girls".

ZERO TOLERANCE in this case does not mean re-directing such posts to the TRASH SECTION immediately . . .

You can explain them their problems with the style, if you want.

ZERO TOLERANCE means do not treat nonsensical posts as meaningful -- and even do not try to do it.

I think that to educate them to communicate in a right way is the task not of lesser significance as to teach them to solve problems.
