Not sure what this is supposed to mean....

"...into" implies division, so
    16 hours 1 hour
  ------------ = ---------- = (1/8) hour per inch ???!
   128 inches 8 inches

A measurement of the speed of a (slow) snail?

If that is not what you were asking, re-post your question making it clear what the problem is....

Depends on the question.
Inches cannot be converted to hours.

.

I do not see here the problem correctly formulated.

I also do not see a question . . .

So it is totally naive from your side to expect an answer.

By writing in this way, you simply spend your time for nothing, as well as a time of the tutors, too.

Dear tutors !

why we (you) tolerate this style of writing posts from visitors ?

If we will have common ZERO TOLERANCE position regarding such posts (without questions, or with other similar defects)
our visitors VERY QUICKLY will become "good boys" and "good girls".

ZERO TOLERANCE in this case does not mean re-directing such posts to the TRASH SECTION immediately . . .

You can explain them their problems with the style, if you want.

ZERO TOLERANCE means do not treat nonsensical posts as meaningful -- and even do not try to do it.

I think that to educate them to communicate in a right way is the task not of lesser significance as to teach them to solve problems.
