I can't even imagine what "fine tuning" an equation would mean.
Maybe it means you should find an appropriate WINDOW in the
calculator to see the important parts of the graph. If so
I find this window is good:
x-min = -17
x-max = 17
y-min = -32
y-max = 11
-------------------
Give that a try; see if it is "fine tuned".
