The statement of the problem is nonsense. What is shown is an equation; equations do not have values.

Furthermore, the equation that is shown will be very different if some required parentheses are missing. (is it 2%5Ex%2B2 or 2%5E%28x%2B2%29? is it 5%5Ey%2B1 or 5%5E%28y%2B1%29?)
