If to assume that these two events are INDEPENDENT, then the probability that both events will happen is the product 

of individual/partial probabilities


    P = 3%2F4.3%2F7 = 9%2F28.


Without such assumption, the problem can not be solved, at all.


But validity of the assumption itself is questionable, in real life.
