Let the measure of the smallest angle be x.

Then another angle has a measure of 2x. ("one angle... is double the smallest...")

And the measure of the third angle is 4x+5. ("the third angle... is 5 more than four times the smallest angle")

Find the smallest angle by writing and solving the simple equation that says the sum of the three angles is 180 degrees. Then use that number to determine the measures of the other two angles.
