You can put this solution on YOUR website!
.

arg(z1*z2) = arg(z1) + arg(z2) = pi%2F4 - pi%2F3 = 3pi%2F12 - 4pi%2F12 = -pi%2F12. ANSWER

arg(z1/z2) = arg%28z1%29 - arg%28z2%29 = pi%2F4 - %28-pi%2F3%29 = 3pi%2F12 + 4pi%2F12 = 7pi%2F12. ANSWER
