You can put this solution on YOUR website!

A regular pentagon has a side length of 8 inches.
perimeter of the pentagon is
P=5%2A8in
P=40in

if a square has the same perimeter as the pentagon, than P=4a=>4a=40in=>a=10in
so, the area of the square will be:
A=a%5E2
A=%2810in%29%5E2
A=100in%5E2
