You can put this solution on YOUR website!
.
Let x = "how many minutes would be needed for 10 frogs to be able to eat 20 bugs".

The rate of eating is 5%2F%285%2A5%29 in the first case, in terms of bugs per frog per minute.

In the second case, the rate of eating is 20%2F%2810%2Ax%29.

These rates are assumed to be equal, so you get a proportion

    5%2F%285%2A5%29 = 20%2F%2810%2Ax%29,    or

    1%2F5 = 2%2Fx.

From the last proportion,

    x = 5*2 = 10.

ANSWER.  10 minutes.
