+f%28x%29=8%5Ex and g%28x%29=2%5E%283x%29=> the functions are same
because in +f%28x%29=8%5Ex, you can write 8 as 2%5E3
+f%28x%29=%282%5E3%29%5Ex ...use power rules and you will get +f%28x%29=2%5E%283x%29 which is same as g%28x%29=2%5E%283x%29
