The sector is 125/360, so that area is 217.01 pi in^2
The area of the other circle has radius 11 (25-11 is 14 in effective wiping)
that has area 121pi and the sector 42.01pi in^2
The area actually wiped is the difference or 175 pi or 549.77 in^2 or 550 in^2.
