1 balloon costs 50 cents
x balloons cost 50*x cents (multiply both parts by x)
1 streamer costs 20 cents
y streamers cost 20*y cents

C = total cost in cents
C = (balloon cost) + (streamer cost)
C = (50x) + (20y)
C = 50x + 20y
