Question 1137494: Good Morning/Evening,
I have a question that I can't quite figure out:
As you are driving in Mexico, you notice that the speed limit signs have numbers like 100 (on the highway) and 50 (in the city). As you start to speed up, you realize that signs are in km/hour. Unfortunately, your speedometer only reads in mi/hour. Figure out how fast you are allowed to go if the sign says 50km/hr.
Thank you!

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
1 kilometer is 0.621371 miles.

1%2A1000%2A100%281%2F2.54%29%281%2F12%29%281%2F5280%29%2Amiles

0.621371%2Amiles, the length of 1 kilometer to, if permitted, six significant figures.

What is 50 kilometers per hour, as MILES PER HOUR?
YOU do this.
