7ft+%2A10ft=70ft%5E2
if have 6+inches wide by+2 feet long boards, area will be
6in%2A2ft+.......convert inches to feet: 1in=0.0833333ft
6%2A0.0833333ft%2A2ft+=0.9999996ft%5E2
now divide the area of the platform bed by the area of the board
70ft%5E2%2F0.9999996ft%5E2=70%2F0.9999996=70.00002800001=70
so, you need 70 boards
if you already have one board, you need 69 more
