Now, let's make the next step forward to take off other deficiencies.
From the condition, take off mentioning in the first part, that the iron pipe has the length 12 cm and simply say
that the pipe has a rectangular section with the outer dimensions 12 cm and 10 cm.
Then re-post this new version to the forum.
