 I think that your post (the problem condition in the post) is INCORRECT, since it is INCOMPLETE.
 
 To be complete, it should provide all THREE in-pair intersection quantities.
 
 
 It could be a nice problem, and had it be posted correctly, I would give you a brilliant solution.
