If restaurant works n days a week, then Ely Santos works {{30/n}}} hours per day, in average.
The problem does not have much sense (if any) until it says how many days per week the restaurant works.
Let me say more: the post is not a Math problem at all, until it says explicitly and directly how many days per week the restaurant works.
You can put this solution on YOUR website! if it's a 5 day work week, then she works an average of 30 / 5 = 6 hours a day.
if it's a 6 day work week, then she works an average of 30 / 6 = 5 hours a day.
