1- determine the domain of
x%2Fx%28x-4%29+
domain:=> all values of x that make denominator equal to zero must be excluded from a domain and they are x=0 and x=4
so domain is: { x+element R : x%3C%3E0 and x%3C%3E4 }

2- indicates the quotient and reminder
8x>3-4x-5
-----------
2x-1
I am not sure if you have this: 8x > (3-4x-5)/(2x-1 ) or something else
please post it again describing what belongs together, what is numerator and what is denominator
