48, 8, 4/3, 2/9, ...
8÷48 = 8/48 = 1/6
(4/3)÷8 = (4/3)(1/8) = 4/24 = 1/6
(2/9)÷(4/3) = (2/9)(3/4) = 5/37 = 1/6
So this is an infinite geometric series with a = 48 and r = 1/6
