let your age be x and uncle's age y
if uncle is triple your age at present, we have
y=3x.......eq.1
in 15 years from now, he will only be double your age,and we have
y%2B15=2%28x%2B15%29.......eq.2...substitute y from eq.1
3x%2B15=2%28x%2B15%29....solve for x
3x%2B15=2x%2B30
3x-2x=30-15
x=15-> your age now
y=3%2A15=45->uncle's age

so, in 15 years you will be 30 and your uncle will be 60, means double your age
