In given fraction, what values are not permitted for x?

values which are not permitted for x are all values of x which will make denominator equal to zero
so, to find them, set denominator equal to zero:
x%5E2-3x%2B2=0........factor completely
x%5E2-x-2x%2B2=0
%28x%5E2-x%29-%282x-2%29=0
x%28x-1%29-2%28x-1%29=0
%28x-2%29%28x-1%29=0
=>x=2 or x=1 are values which are not permitted for x
