10y%5E2%2B44y-3264=0

Divide every term by 2

5y%5E2%2B22y-1632=0

%28y-16%29%285y%2B102%29=0

y-16=0;     5y+102=0
   y=16;        5y=-102
                 y= -20.4, not a positive integer.

So y=16, substitute in

x = 10y + 44
x = 10(16) + 44
x = 160 + 44
x = 204

The positive integers are 16 and 204.
