PERIMETER=2*L+2W
34=2(2W+2)+2W
34=4W+4+2W
34=6W+4
6W=34-4
6W=30
W=30/6
W=5 IN. ANSWER.
L=2*5+2
L=10+2
L=12 IN. ANSWER.

34=2*5+2*12
34=10+24
34=34
