If the ratio of key to student council is 7 to 9,
then the ratio of key to total is 7 to 16 and
the ratio of student council to total is 9 to 16.
If the total is 353, then the ratio equation would be,,
7%2F16=X%2F353
where X is the total number of key members in your total.
x=%28353%2A7%29%2F16
x=154.4375
We round that value down to 154 since we can only have integer values.
X=154
