You can put this solution on YOUR website!

if ones are x
tens y
hundreds +x...(hundreds and ones digits are the same)
hundreds and ones have a sum of+8
x%2B+x=8=>x=4
tens digit is+2 less than my ones digit:y=x-2 =>y=2-2=> y=2
3 digit number is 424

The hundreds digit is the same as the units digits, and they sum to 8, so the hundreds and units digits must be matrix%281%2C3%2C+8%2F2%2C+%22=%22%2C+4%29.
The tens digit is 2 less than the units digit so the tens digit = 4 - 2 = 2
