Find the equation of the one through the 2 points.
Then set +x=0+ to find the y-intercept
Use point slope formula
( 5,40 )
( 10,60 )

+%28+y+-+40+%29+%2F+%28+x+-+5+%29+=+20%2F5+
+%28+y+-+40+%29+%2F+%28+x+-+5+%29+=+4+
+y+-+40+=+4%2A%28+x+-+5+%29+
+y+-+40+=+4x+-+20+
+y+=+4x+%2B+20+
Set +x+=+0+
