The height of the rope above the ground (assuming the Earth ideally spherical) is (or would be in this hypothetical experiment)


    h = %2840098222%2B12%29%2F%282pi%29 - 40098222%2F%282pi%29 = 12%2F%282pi%29 = 12%2F6.28 = 1.911 meters.



          I calculated the height as the difference of two radii.



For a normal height person it is enough to walk under the rope.


If the person is enormously high,  he would stooping a little.
