and if the track field is 3%2F10+kilometer directly beyond the library,
so, school->library ->track field
distance from the school is the sum of the distance from the library and the track field

25%2F100+%2B3%2F10=25%2F100%2B30%2F100=55%2F100=11%2F20kilometer
