here you have 3 objects (the 3 answer options, a, b, and c)
You are going to chose a group of 10 , and the order matters, repetition is allowed (you can answer "c" on all of the questions if you want to).
This is a simple permutation. Use the formula:
n%5Er where n is the number of objects (the number of answer choices)
and r is the number of objects you will choose (10, one answer for each question)

To solve:
so there will be 3%5E10+=+59049 ways to answer the test
