(2) If we are to solve the inequality, we need to know what the inequality is. Use parentheses where required to make it clear. As you show it, the inequality is

5-2x%2F-3+-4%3C-x

That is almost certainly not what you mean; furthermore, I can't see ANY reasonable interpretation of what you show.

You are wasting your time and ours by being sloppy in what you post. Take the time to present your questions clearly so we can try to help.

The whole point of my response was that we CAN'T help you if we don't know what the question is.

If you want help with a problem, you need to make it clear what the given information is, and what we are supposed to do with it. If you don't do that, then your effort in submitting the post is wasted.
