The numbers get ugly; but the process is straightforward.
Multiply the first equation by 53 and the second by 66. That will make the coefficients of y in the two equations the same; subtracting one equation from the other will then eliminate y, giving you an equation you can solve to find the value of x.
Then substitute that value of x in either of the original equations and solve the resulting equation for y.
I've done the arithmetic for thousands of problems like this; I don't need the practice.
