Is 5 an integer?
Is 20%2F7 an integer?

This is true because a rational number like 3/1 is an integer because it is equal to 3.
On the other hand, some other rational numbers like 2/7 are not integers because 2/7 = 0.2857 is not a whole number (it has a decimal part).
