x and x+2 are the integers
x+2=(1/3 x)-4
(2/3)x=-6
x=-9
The integers are -9 and -7
-7 is 4 less than one-third of -9 (-3) minus 4.

Integers x and x+2

x%2B2=x%2F3-4
-
3x%2B6=x-12
2x=-12-6
2x=-18
x=-9

The integers:
-9 and -7
