You can put this solution on YOUR website! Find the lengths of the missing sides if side a is opposite angle A, side b is opposite angle B, and side c is the hypotenuse.
cos(B) = 4/5, a = 38
cos(B) = a/c
4/5 = 38/c
c = 38/(4/5) = 47.5
------
b^2 = c^2-a^2
b^2 = 47.5^2-38^2
b^2 = 812.25
b = 28.5
