Question 1129781: The half-life of Erbium-171 is 7.5 hours.
Express the hourly decay rate as a percentage to two decimal places.
I already figured out that the hourly decay rate which at four decimal places is -0.0924. However when I have gone and converted it to two decimal places, the answers keeps being tagged incorrect. Could someone point out what I am doing incorrect? The previous answers have been 9.24, 92.4, and .09. Thanks.

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Your problem is not in converting your answer to 2 decimal places. Your problem is in computing the hourly decay rate.
If you want us to help you see what you are doing incorrectly, you need to show us how you are finding the decay rate.
Resubmit your question showing the calculations you made to get your value for the decay rate.
