The 18% discount is equal to x+-+0.18x, or 0.82x

The service charge, when applied to the discounted ramen price, is 0.1%280.82x%29
The GST, when applied to the discounted ramen price, is 0.07%280.82x%29

Since she paid all 3 of these, and it totaled to 10.13, you can add them together to get this equation:

0.82x+%2B+0.1%280.82x%29+%2B+0.07%280.82x%29+=+10.13

Combine the terms to get:
+0.9594x+=+10.13
Divide by 0.9594 to get: x+=+10.55

So, the original price of the ramen was 10.55.
